As described. Appears to to be a genuine part and has a feel of quality. It is a good fit onto the original pipework and the adjustment between hard floor and carpet is easy and positive. Overall very happy and would buy again.

Exactly what was expected. Original makers quality product that is easy to fit. A regular item for replacement as subjected to heavy usage which can damage flooring if not renewed.

Great Product, Great Value
I have a well used Henry that quite often needs a new floor tool! This one is perfect value! I have purchased from different sites in the past and have paid the same amount of money for a floor tool that was not genuine! So glad I found ransom spares! The floor tool was easy to fit and Henry was like new! Will definitely buy another! 😃
