Genuine Henry Vacuum Head
Genuine parts are always the best in my experience and usually 3 times as expensive! Except in this case where they are no more expensive than pattern aftermarket parts. On first inspection they appear to be of a high quality. I will update this review after a few months wear and tear! That will be the true evaluation. Great service from RansomSpares!

You always read on how products are 'original' on many 3rd party website and at first I was sceptical when ordering from Ransom Spares but I gave it a go. To my surprise the delivery was quick and now it was time to see where my money went and/or if I was about to spend the next 2 weeks returning a product I was unhappy with. The floor tool was the original product and fits perfectly, I was thrilled to have received a genuine product for the price I paid. Thanks to Ransom Spares, I will be now be ordering my Henry parts and accessories from here.

Great product
Although it was difficult to remove the original part from its attachment in order to replace with the new part, the improvement in cleaning quality was immense.

Lost Spares
Thanks for the great service. The situation is that we share our table tennis club cleaning lady with a separate lawn tennis club. There are two Henry vacs but the lawn tennis lot are too mean to replace parts so in desperation the Cleaner has used our replacement parts for both clubs. So we are in top level talks to overcome this problem. Life should be so hard! Thanks Dave Piesley for Ashford (Middx) Table Tennis Club. P.S.
