I had a bit of a struggle securing the left hand high-level tray. I presume it's for knives. Didn't have one on my old worn-out upper basket rack. This new one fits perfectly. Very pleased.

Replacement upper basket for 20 year old dishwasher!
I was so delighted to find a replacement upper basket for my 20 year old dishwasher! It had rusted and was no longer fit to be used. After looking online, I was amazed to find one at RansomSpares. The photos on their website were extremely helpful so I could check that I was indeed buying the correct item.

I was concerned at first whether I would be able to order the correct part due to the dishwasher being 20 years old and there being so many possible parts available. However, I was able to check the part was compatible with my machine which was reassuring especially as it is not a small item to return. It was the best price compared to another website and the dishwasher basket is good quality. The instructions didn't address how to detach the spinner from the basket but we found a Youtube video that showed how. Pleased with using a basket that doesn't have rusty parts on it. Very speedy delivery which was quicker than expected.

Will this upper crockery tray fit a NEFF S353ITX02G/39 as in reality the dishwasher is internally the same as a NEFF 875HKX20G and many others that now have the detergent dispenser in the middle of the door rather than older styles that has the detergent dispenser off set to the centre. Thank you

Hi Martin, you would usually need to remove the clip on the front of the runners, then the basket will pull out.
