1. Accessing door handle
Remove the washing machine lid. These are often held in by two screws at the rear.
Remove door screws
Remove the 7mm screws from the washing machine door.
Then remove the door.
Dismantle door
Remove the screws holding the door together.
Pry open the door with a couple of flathead screwdrivers or something similar.
2. Remove old handle
With a pair of pliers, pull the pin out of the old door handle.
The door handle can then be removed.
3. Install new door handle
Line up the pin with the new door handle, pecker and spring.
Tap the pin in place to secure the new door handle.
4. Re-assemble door and washing machine
Re-assemble the door. Attach the glass to the frame and re-attach the outer frame. Click in place.
Re-attach the door to the washing machine.
Re-screw the screws back in place.
Re-attach the lid and re-screw the screws back in place.
And that's it, your new door handle is all set to go!
