How often should I clean my filter?
We recommend giving your Zanussi washing machine filter the once over every 4 to 6 weeks if the machine is on once a day.
1. Open the filter door
On most Zanussi washing machines the filter door is located at the bottom right-hand side.
2. Drain the water
You will see there is a small drain hose next to the filter. This is so that you can empty any excess water that is lying in the sump and pump.
3. Clean the filter
You can now remove the filter from your Zanussi washing machine, inspect and thoroughly clean it before re-fitting.
