How to Replace a Pressure Washer Set of Gaskets and Bolt - Karcher

1. Remove existing bolt

Start off by unscrewing the bolt and then remove the faulty bolt and plastic washer, along with the rotor set.

2. Install new bolt

Put the rotor set back on. Now with your new bolt and washer, place them in as shown. If any of the black rubber gaskets on the bolt look worn or faulty, use this as a time to replace them.

Install new bolt

With your new bolt installed, tighten it up. You’ll know it’s installed correctly as the rotor set will spin easily.

And that’s it, your new bolt is all set to go.
