Bosch Dishwasher Bottom Drain Filter
1. Locating drain filter plate
Begin by removing the lower basket.
The bottom filter plate is found here on this Bosch model.
2. Remove old drain filter plate
To remove, twist the filter cap anti-clockwise and lift out.
To detach the drain micro filter from the old filter plate, pull the mesh filter away.
The plastic part of the filter is held in place by a tab on either side. Press these in to remove the filter.
3. Install new drain filter plate
Unpackage your new filter plate.
Make sure the plate has the arrow on the top and then feed the plastic part of the filter through the top of the new filter plate, clicking the two side tabs in place.
Then, attach the mesh part of the filter.
Make sure the arrow is in the bottom left corner of the filter plate, and then insert it into the dishwasher.
Rotate the micro filter clockwise until the arrows line up and you can’t rotate any further.
Re-insert your lower basket.
And that’s it, your new dishwasher bottom filter plate is all set to go.
