Bosch Dishwasher Drain Pump Lid Cover
1. Remove the Lower Basket
Before starting any repairs, always unplug your appliance from the mains. Start by removing the lower basket and placing it to one side.
2. Remove the Filter and Drain Filter Plate
Rotate the filter anticlockwise and remove it, along with the drain filter plate.
3. Unclip the Drain Pump Lid Cover
The drain pump lid cover is located inside the drain pump. To remove it, simply unclip the lid cover from the side. No tools are usually required, but if you're having trouble, a small flat-head screwdriver can help release the clip.
4. Unpackage the New Drain Pump Lid Cover
Unpackage your new dishwasher drain pump lid cover.
5. Clip the New Lid Cover into Place
Clip the new lid cover into place inside the drain pump, as shown.
6. Refit the Drain Filter Plate and Filter
Refit the drain filter plate and filter, and turn it clockwise until the two arrows line up.
7. Reinsert the Lower Basket
Finally, reinsert the lower basket — and that's it. Your new dishwasher drain pump lid cover is fitted and your dishwasher is ready to use.
