Simple replacement, did the job
Having looked up the error code showing on our Bosch dishwasher, it identified a failed heat pump. I found the Ransomspares website and located the correct part, placed the order and it arrived a few days later, very well packaged. For a first time dishwasher repair, the included diagram was not too helpful, however there are instruction videos available online if you search for Bosch heat pump removal. Removing the old pump was straightforward, and the new pump came with a replacement circlip which provided a good watertight seal when the new pump went in. Overall a very positive experience and I would use Ransomspares again.

Easy to fit
Although I am very much used to fixing many of my gadgets, I did not think that heat pump can be installed by anyone who has no understanding of it or no experience at all. I am very happy to fix it at the lowest cost.

Dishwasher heater pump
Exactly identical to the pump removed. Very easy to install, dishwasher working ok now. To early to comment on reliability as only just been fitted.

Good fit. Wrong delivery option
Website made it easy to get the right fit. Annoying to be offered next day delivery on a Saturday and pay for it and then not get it until during the week.

heat pump Bosch dishwasher
This was the best price for the heat pump for our Bosch dishwasher, which had an error code of E 09. Some other spares companies wanted £100 more for the same pump! We Googled forums to discover what the code meant, then various You Tube videos showing how to fit it. The dishwasher is 5 years old, and a replacement would have been around £500, so just over £70 was a good option. My husband was a Kitchen Fitter, before he retired, and understands how dishwashers work. But the You Tube video we found really helped. He followed it step by step. Dishwasher up and running and I'm really pleased.
