Recently bought above product and was really pleased at the service from ordering on line to delivery, fit and use of the item. What persuaded me to buy from Ransomes was the video display of the removal and fitting of the product which was very precise and accurate as I would have tended to get someone in to do the job but was surprised at how easily this was to do thanks to the video and would not hesitate to use this company again. cooker element
we found the cooker element easy to fit . But wen we put the cooker on it worked for 5 mins then it went off again , we ave had to call in an electrician to find out wot is wrong with it , he thinks it now the fan that don't work so we shall be ordering a fan next week to see if it is that that is broken , thank you

Back up and working in no time!
When the oven stopped working we thought it was going to be a major expense but we checked the Ransom website and the video couldn't have been clearer. The part came quickly and it really was just a straight forward 10 minute job. Excellent price for a genuine manufacturers part. This is the second time we've used Ransom for a DIY part replacement and we'll certainly use it again!

Simple to install, I can cook again!
Got this to replace the element in my over worked oven after it went. Simple to install, just unscrew and remove the rear panel in the oven, unplug the old one and plug the new one in. The connectors between the old and new were slightly different, thinner on the new one, but simply tightning the socket with pliers did the trick.

Received and installed and it is perfect for the job, the only comment i have is that it only lasts approx 16 months and i dont understand why? that is my only comment... I would definitely use this product again, and would recommend anyone to ransome spares. many thanks m watkins

Quick delivery and easy fitting
My wife is 30 weeks pregnant and when our electric oven suddenly stopped warming up she was very upset and worried that we were going to have to buy a new oven at a time when money is at a premium. A quick search online told me the fault was most likely to be the element and a nother quick search later lead me to Ransom Spares and their how to fit video. It really was as simple as in the video! I paid to have the next day delivery and they were true to their word within 24hrs of ordering the part I had fitted it and the wife was alot happier! Many thanks to Ransom Spares who not only provided the part but the knowledge of how to fit it :o)
