Fitted perfectly but perseverance needed.
Delivery was efficient. Product is expensive considering what it is made of. Not easy to fit. Fortunately my partner found a way of doing it after many unsuccessful attempts. He used a clamp to keep the spring open until it was in the right place and then released it. The machine is now watertight. No pools of water on the floor. Would use Ranson Spares again.

Does the job but self installation is quite tricky
The part was exactly what I needed for my model of Bosch washing machine which had suffered damage to the door seal. I followed online videos to get a fair idea of how to take apart the machine and reassemble. It was the first time I'd done this so it was scary and required great concentration but it wouldn't be as bad in future. The biggest problem was the final pushing home of the retaining metal ring which has a very powerful spring that was almost impossible to stretch. There must either be a tool or a knack to that and some help with that would have been very welcome. I think the item is very expensive as a proportion of the cost of the whole machine but I shopped around and could get it no cheaper than at Ransom Spares.
