Great service.
Having rang hotpoint for this product and told that i would have to buy three at a time and would cost me over £50.00 i went on the internet and came across this brilliant company. Not knowing what i exactly wanted or how to fit i proceeded by typing in my washing machines make and model and they came up with products i needed. Then you can watch a video on how to fit it. I ordered a paddle and was delivered very quickly. Since ordering one another has broken off so i have ordered another two in case the third decides to break also. Again delivered promptly and so much cheaper than from hotpoint. Great service.

Good Product
This saved me a fortune, me being a typical woman just thought i needed a new washing machine until i found out i could just buy the drum paddles, machine itself worked fine so i am very pleased with just having to buy a part, many thanks

Prompt delivery
I was impressed how quickly it was shipped to Ontario. Great service. Unfortunately, it was a little more tricky to install than it looked and one of the paddles broke - meaning I have to make yet another overseas order. Also, it is slightly smaller in size than the original part but still does the job. Nonetheless, decent product, prompt delivery.
