Excellent product, very easy to fit
Starting with the Ransomes website, it was extremely easy to find the right part. Secondly, the price was very good (including P&P). Finally, the delivery was excellent - even though it was only the "standard". On the whole, this is internet trading as it should be - excellent.

Great product, excellent quality, good value and easy to fit.
I bought this product for my daughter, who has just had a new baby. The drum paddles on her washing machine had snapped off, just as she arrived home from hospital. She needed the washer so I looked on the internet and I found your web site.It showed a short video that was really helpful and showed me how to fit the new drum paddles. Brilliant!!!
my 1 year guarentee had just run out but i had a 5 year parts guarentee on my washing machine & 1 of the paddles snapped - to cut a long story short I eventually found out that the parts were free but I had to pay for an engineer to fit the paddle which takes 2 seconds to fit. They would not send me the paddle without the engineer So i ordered one from Random Spares, it was cheaper, faster delivery and even had a video on how to fit the paddle. I was so pleased i sent for another 2 paddles incase this ever happens again. Could not recomend enough. Thanks Random Spares you saved me a fortune.
