Quality replacement
The original was very fragile, and when I needed to remove it it would not unscrew without breaking! This looks better made, and I have greased the threads with vaseline, so hopefully no further problems. It is just a s___w out, s___w in item so very easy to fit. Excuse the dashes the profanity filter will not allow me to use the correct terminology LOL.

Very prompt delivery and service from Ransom Spares. The item does seem expensive,but that is probably down to Bosch.

Sturdier replacement filter
Previous filter came with the machine and got so stuck that I needed to use a tool to attempt opening - and as it was only flimsy plastic it broke to pieces. I got this (a bit more pricey) filter and am happily using my machine again (hopefully this one will not get stuck - if does, hoping to be a bit more sturdy to stand some force?). Many thanks!
