I ordered a new detergent dispenser for my Bosch washing machine. It was very easy to select the correct part on placing the order. When I received the item, unfortunately it was broken. I contacted customer service and after answering a few questions, I was sent a replacement item without having to return the broken dispenser. The replacement dispenser arrived in perfect condition. I am very happy with the service I received. Thank you

Exactly what I needed
Part of the dispenser for my washing had broken away and the fabric conditioner was no longer being distributed correctly, so I ordered a replacement. The old dispenser was very easy to remove; fitting the new one was a bit fiddly but not difficult. My machine now functions correctly! Thank you Ransom Spares; you saved me money.

Good product
This soap dispenser arrived quickly, despite the the world running very slowly currently. It looked exactly like the one I was replacing. I took out the old one, removed the front panel, from the old one and fitted the front panel to the newly arrived one. It just clicked together very easily. Slid in without problem. I am bleaching the old one for a few weeks to clean it up and use it again when the new one gets mucky (in about 8 years!!)

Keep the old Bosch faceplate.
Clearly a genuine part, that's good quality and fit. It is overpriced for what it is, but cheaper than buying a new machine. As others have mentioned, you do have to keep the old Bosch faceplate, otherwise you might have to purchase another and they are slightly more expensive than the drawer! The washer will operate without the faceplate perfectly well. When removing the faceplate there appears to be two clips that need to be pressed, but be aware there is a third clip at the top in the centre - it is not easy to see. It is fiddly to remove, but well within most people's capability.

Good product
The new soap dispenser top has transformed the performance of the washing machine the softener now dispenses properly and I wish I had renewed it earlier. It took about half an hour to fit, a bit fiddly but fairly straight forward.

I am living in a rented house at the moment and managed to break the powder dispenser drawer in the washing machine. Had difficulty finding a replacement - the makers didn't even reply to my email about finding a spare drawer. I think the washing machine is quite an old model. Really impressed about the service Ransom Spares provided. The drawer is a bit difficult to remove which is why I broke it in the first place but easier to fit.

A good replacement part
We had to replace the original drawer as the machine we took over had not been cleaned for years and unfortunately that drawer was trown away by mistake. This replacement worked fine and is of course clean. The only annoyance is that we didn't realise on ordering that the drawer front, also thrown away, is a separate part and that's another more expensive cost. However, that's cosmetic only and the drawer part works fine without it.
