Am so impressed with this site! I typed into Google that my oven wasn't heating up. Am a fairly typical girl and i hadn't got a clue how to fix it. My question into Google led me to Ransom Spares site, it explained the problem, there was a link to watch a video that clearly showed me how to fix it. I couldn't initially find my part as I wasn't sure of the model number, but the man on the end of the phone was brilliant. I got the part fairly quickly (even though it wasn't a standard item in stock)and managed to fix it easily. Everything works fine. Thank you for making it so easy and for saving me £s not having to call out an expensive engineer!
