Replacement handle
A very straightforward repair . Quick delivery and excellent service EXCEPT that our part of the world seems to qualify for a courier surcharge. This is strange considering we are located absolutely at the heart of fishing and farming, tourism and whisky distilling and of course, oil and gas and offshore / onshore wind generation. Without us, the rest of the country would be significantly at a disadvantage . Yet couriers consider us to be remote notwithstanding we are an hour away from Heathrow and our roads are generally pretty free from congestion. Am I annoyed? You bet I am!

Great product but delivery delays
The part was perfect for carrying out the repair. Unfortunately it was part of a two item order and I was unable to track delivery. Only when I enquired (3 days later) did I find that 1 item was not in stock and had to be ordered from manufacturers. I had to enquire again a few days later before being told it was now in stock. Delivery of both items was 10 days after order. Customer service should have advised out if stock item, and therefore delay in delivery, as an immediate response to the order - they should have also advised on progress without me having to further enquire on situation.

Excellent product, perfect replacement
When the handle broke on my lawnmower I thought all was lost! Fortunately I managed to source a replacement part from RansomSpares at a great price. It was delivered quickly a low cost and fitted easily. So for around £6 everything is working again and my lawnmower is as good as new. I would thoroughly recommend this product an company.

I had looked on a number of other sites for the Bosch lever for my mower. It proved difficult to source. Ransoms provided me with the information required to match the part. Excellent price, kept fully updated on shipment of my order. Will definitely use again. Highly recommend

Perfect fit to my Qualcast Quiet 32 Mower
This part is the exact replacement for the broken / worn Position Lever on my Qualcast Quiet 32 Mower. Fitting was easy but the first time you do this job allow time (perhaps an hour or so) to dismantle taking care not to damage other parts of the hand switch control. Colour is different from the original (which was black) but this part is otherwise identical save for an improvement to the design of the plastics which are now more robust. Service from this supplier was excellent.

Good Value
Good Value part - looks like they split at the lever point with use. I bit difficult to seperate the casing - just need to be careful but OK for a average DIY'er.
