Genuine replacement part, delivered promptly
Excellent service from Ransom Spares. Genuine Bosch replacement part which was delivered within 5 days of ordering (even during postal strike!). Fitted easily and given shredder new lease of life. Competitive price. Will certainly use this company again.

Easy to fit for new life to the shredder
After many years of good use the old plate on the shredder was getting a bit loose on the shaft resulting in unsatisfactory chopping. The new plate made a real difference and hopefully gave the shredder many more years of service.

Like for Like
Good service, part arrived promptly and was fitted along with new blade to restore the shredder to as new condition. Price was best I found for genuine Bosch parts as well. Overall very happy.

Great product when it arrived
I was very pleased to find the part required, it was easy to order but took 2 weeks to arrive. The part fitted easily and my shredder is back in full working order. Overall a good service which could be improved by providing visibility of when the part is due to be delivered.

Replacement part for Bosch garden shredder
In need of a replacement part, I did what we all do now: I consulted the Internet. I found any number of companies which stock parts for Bosch appliances but only Ransom Spares had what I wanted. I have no comparison by which to judge whether the price was good or not but it was certainly affordable so I ordered the part. Despatch time was acceptable and Ransom kept me informed by email at all stages of the delivery which is important to me. Fitting was a doddle and my shredder and I have not looked back. In fact, our first job was the shredding of a past-its-best plum tree, choked with ivy and hopelessly forlorn but now enjoying a second life as firewood and compost. I know where to come in future: Ransom Spares.

It's only a shredder mounting plate .....
..... but if you bend the one on your machine for pushing it just that bit too far, you want a replacement soon, even sooner. Even before you have bent the one you have got! So when you find what you want from the superb exploded drawing and place an order for it, you want it to come yesterday. Well even though Ransom's didn't have it in stock and had to send for it, it arrived sooner than they said it would. Easy to fit? Making a cup of tea is more complicated.
