Great item, Very fast delivery
The item was exactly as described and was of the highest quality. It even came with a plastic tool to correctly fit the item into the oven. I was very pleased with the speed of the delivery and the way the glass item had been packed. I have tried other firms on the internet but this is the best i hsve found. i wll be using them for all my electrical repair items in the future

Oven Lamp cover
Arrived within 3 days of ordering, even in the Christmas mail overload. The cover was the exact match for the oven and it came with a very handy device for fitting and removal, which was not expected. I was very pleased with the service and the replacement cover.

Just what I needed!
Not always easy to select the correct item from a web catalogue but in this case the web-site took me there and the item was exactly what I needed. The item was delivered within a couple of days and was well packed. Fitting needs just a little patience to get the glass correctly threaded in its holder. Altogether a very satisfactory service.

Neff oven lamp cover
Now on our third cover in just over two years, so this seems to be a weak design on these ovens. Useful to be able to get genuine replacements so easily and quickly. Ransom are easy to deal with and lightning quick delivery. Highly recommended.

Great product
Ransom had the correct original part at the cheapest price - bonus was the part fitting tool which makes the process so much easier. Swift delivery time with a product that worked. Not the first part from Ransom for me so would highly recommend.

As described and easy to fit
The price is very reasonable and with quick delivery. The lamp cover fits as described for the specific oven model. A plus is the additional plastic cup for easy fitting. A trustworthy seller and will buy again for other products, if need be.

Replacement Oven Lamp Cover
Original lamp cover split and needed a replacement. After much searching on the web, found the Ransom site to be the cheapest with resonable postage charges. Cover fitted in straight away. The cover comes with a tool for installation, so I now have the tool for use in removing and replacing the cover in the future. Bought an extra cover just in case!
