Excellent Service
Ordered this part on Friday delivered on Monday. The service and communication from Ransom spares was excellent via email. The only negative from my point of view is that they use a premium rate phone number 0844 if you have to contact them directly.

Excellent service
We discovered that a couple of our freezer drawers had collapsed (and so risking damaging others below them) on a Sunday. I searched the products on-line and was led to Ransoms Spares who had the replacement items in stock. I placed the order on Sunday afternoon, and they were delivered as promised on Tuesday. Excellent service thank you, and you will be my first port of call if I find I need anything similar in the future.

Terrific
Great fit. Doesn't notice amongst the other baskets. Great price and the quality is almost better than the original. I would definitely buy this again if need be, but from what I can see this should last quite a while - hopefully as long as the freezer.

Very impressed
Service was fast. Spare was identical to the original and I didn't think the pricing was unreasonable. Delivery was very fast and the item had been well packed. My freezer is like new again. :-)

Great service, great product.
Great service and super quick delivery, product was exactly what was needed. Even the courier was helpful and obliging.Would certainly recommend this company and product, communication was good, as sometimes you can be overloaded with emails.
