Good quality. Needs two people to fit. Didn't solve our problem (leak), but not the fault of the part?

great genuine product, no more leaks!
Usual great service from ransom spares......product just what I needed but quite tricky to fit. Saying that, now that it is done the washing machine no longer leaks so job done.

Does the job just fine
The seak arrived in the advertised time, and using the video on the product page I managed to fit it reasonably well. Admittedly I think the washing machine it was for is poorly designed since water still pools in the bottom, but at least now it's not covered in black mould and I can keep an eye on it.

Door seal
Easy select & order part,genuine part so no problem with fit. As a retired appl.engineer, easy fit, but not beyond any handy person. Right parts right price , good service.

Genuine part.
This is a genuine Hotpoint part,of good quality and value for money.It is however a little tricky to fit because the cabinet front does not come off.Fitting the tub retaining spring being the worst.Use latex gloves,and fabric softner to lubricate the seal and spring.

good quality , easy to fit and saved me a fortune
Quoted cost to be replaced by fepair engineer made us consider replacing the machine..ordere the parts did some research and 1 week later parts arrived and fitted.at a fraction of the cost
