Not the right length but I managed to find a way to make it work
Supposed to be an original replacement part and I checked my machine code on the website which confirmed it was the right part for my machine. It was actually about 2cm longer than the original and whilst there is some adjustment in the machine, it wasn't enough to make up for the extra length, so I had to tie a knot in the string to shorten it. Not ideal, but it works ok now. Just hope the knot doesn't weaken the string causing it to break.

Easy enough
Initially reviewed saying they weren't too good as didn't last. Opened dishwasher to find they hadn't broken but spring had. Well off to order those now. The new hinge ropes that I put in earlier are still intact.

Easy to fit, doesn't last very long
The product was easy to fit, but didnt last as long as I hoped. Will have to order another one. Hoping it will last longer than a year.

Did the job
Reasonably priced product delivered quickly, quality seems good. Fitted without too much hassle and result was exactly what I wanted, good as new. Would use again

Correct parts, int. appl. Entails little more effort, due to door & plinth removal, simple fit once access gained to side panels.

Great product and easy to fit
Wasn't sure which part I needed to repair my D/W so bought a selection of parts (reasonable price) and they all fitted perfectly, although some I am keeping for next time. Excellent service. Thank you Ransomes!

Great product, even better service!
Ordered the product, which was received really quickly. However, as I had misplaced my dishwasher user guide, I phoned Ransom Spares and Kevin Williams e-mailed me the only documentation he had on this product, which allowed me to change the part! Excellent service, really happy and will definitely use Ransom Spares again!
