The vacuum hose for the Hetty was broken and I took the chance of ordering a Henry hose which fitted perfectly and means that the vacuum cleaner is now functioning as well as ever. Very pleased that I found this website.

Good Product
The product arrived as advertised and well packaged. It was in good condition, is fit for purpose and easy to replace the broken one. It is genuine so is a bit pricey for what it is - but quality is important.

Genuine spare part, speedily delivered, easy to fit
I've used this site before to order spares and had a good shopping experience, so was happy to do so again. They are very efficient and quick at getting the order dispatched, the spare hose was a good price as it's a genuine brand product spare, and it was well packaged. They are also very good at giving customer service numbers to call should there be any problem, which is very reassuring, though I had no need to call.

exact replacement - no problems
When the hose on our Henry split, our first thought was that we needed a new vacuum, I didn't realise how easy it would be to just replace the hose. The new hose was so easy to fit, the service was excellent and the suction is now 100% better!! We wondered why the vacuum wasn't picking up the bits. This has saved us the cost of a new machine and the replacement part was delivered really quickly, we will use this company again.
