Great Product but fitting difficult
the product was grate but the fitting takes time as it needs to be at specific angle to get fit.took lot of time.

Just the job
What's the most important appliance in the house? Any of them once they have broken but no more so than maybe the washing m/c. As panic took hold of my wife when our door catch broke, I found your website and was really pleased how easy it was to identify, order and receive said part. Easy to fit and no expensive appliance technician. Thanks for the prompt service.

door handle review
The handle was an original replacement, so its a duplicate of the one that I broke. Fitting was a little awkward, but thats down to the hotpoint design. Ransom spares website helped me identify and select the correct component, it was then delivered on schedule. And the you tube video showing how to disassemble and re-assemble was great - Hotpoint could learn a lesson ! Thanks.
