Great product, brilliant customer service, easy to fit.
Brilliant customer service from this company, the part was easy to fit, just put dishwasher on its back into 2 self tappers on aluminium plate and there was the pump. Turn clockwise , depress locking lug, make note of two colored wired, remove and replace. Easy. Will use the company again.

Works well.
The pump arrived quickly, fit easily and works. I can't say anything about the durability but it works and was cheaper than anything else. It looks and feels the same as the original.

Great product
Ordered this for my Bosh classixx dishwasher, the pump has been playing up for the last month or so (it was 15 years old at least) . The value for money (£15 ish) cannot be complained about. Having had the old pump out several times, to pull it out disconnect, and reconnect the new one, and refit, had the job done in 10 mins. Delivery hed been 3 days if I remember, (I opted for the standard delivery), so good delivery, good price, excellent fit and product, I'm just hoping I'll get another 15 years out of it.

Surprisingly good.
Pump works and fits very well, no issues what so ever. The only reason I don't give it 5 star is that it isn't OEM part and the plastics could be of better quality.

Reliable drain pump at a great price
Ordered this part to replace a failed drain pump in my 17 year old Bosch Dishwasher. Part arrived swiftly, was easy to fit and it worked.This has given my Dishwasher a new lease of life😊. Very impressed.

Excellent!
Fitted perfectly my Siemens dishwasher although Siemens make it difficult to access... not Ransoms' fault! Needed to remove the side panels and the front door panel in order to remove the bottom front recessed panel behind which lurks the pump.

Great service but...
Drain pump delivered quickly and installed. One day later, noticed strange noise accompanied by water not draining from the dishwasher. Discovered the impellor had separated from the motor. Called Ransom who sent a replacement which arrived the next day. Can’t fault the service. Time will tell if the original was a rogue part or not. But I’d definitely use Ransom again based purely on their customer service.

Fit my BOSH dishwasher
Was listed as an alternative part, but did fit my dishwasher. Randomspares was not sure will it fit.

An exact replacement, that worked first time.
Having supplied the part number off the old part, the ordering was easy and the delivery came exactly when promised. I was kept up to date with the state of my order on line and I could not have been more pleased.

Good replacement pump - difficult to fit
To access the pump on a Bosch I had to remove the front plastic & steel covers under the door. The video shows a cover in the bass of the machine which is not there on the Bosch. Awkward to get to the old pump & fit new pump. Working well once fitted. The new pump arrived 2 days after order.
