turned up 2 days later in perfect packaging to protect it and fitted like a dream and worked first time when turned on saved buying another new cooker!!

Grill element
Great product, however not easy to fit on the Diplomat oven. I had to remove oven from housing, and then remove backplate and then an additional plate to access the element connections. Not really a DIY job.

Needed a grill element, looked it up and I new I could rely on Ransom. Exactly what I needed, backed up by the fact that it stated that it would fit my cuisina. Thanks for being out there Ransom, your a star.

Perfect fit
Easy to order, arrived fast. Correct part and straightforward to install, once the cooker is out of the housing and on the bench.

Up and running again
Absolutely no problem fitting this part to a Belling oven and grill. A genuine part, genuinely easy to fit.

Exactly what I wanted, easy enough to fit.
I thought it would be hard to find the correct part, but Ransom made it easy by showing exactly what cookers the part would fit. I was a bit nervous about ordering it in case I couldn't fit it, but their videos gave me the confidence to give it a go and in the end it was all fine.

Does what it says on the tin
A bit difficult to rate a grill really, it either works first time or it doesnt, and this one worked. The hardest part of fitting this was pulling the double oven out on my own, after that it only took 5 minutes to replace the grill and push the oven back into place.

Grill element
At first a struggled to find the right part. So i emailed Ranson. Who replied the same day with a link to the part i needed. I ordered the part and it was with me within a few days. it came well packet and with no damage. i was a little worried about fitting the element as iv never done any work on a cooker before. However i was shocked how easy it was to fit and within 30mins the part was fitted and working well.
