The website made life easy to find the product and the video that accompanied the item with regards to fitting the part was great and for this reason alone I was happy to buy from RansomSpares despite the fact I could have bought it a few pounds cheaper elsewhere but this company gave me confidence in what I was buying. All in all I am a very happy customer.

Good quality and reasonable price
We always use Ransom spares ltd for purchasing parts of kitchen appliances. They have good quality of standard parts which is more reasonable price than brands parts. Delivery is very quick and smooth. We will use this company again.

Fan oven element
Heating element as described and the video most helpful in showing removal and refit. Connected easily and we now have our oven functioning once again. Thank you and will look to purchase parts in future.

Great service - Genuine Part - Excellent DIY Video
Ranson's service is brilliant - oven element I ordered was genuine, not a cheap copy - competitively priced - received earlier than expected and was easy to fit. Although I new how to replace the element Ransom provide a 'How To' video which is ideal for a novice and a great refresher if its been a few years since the element was last replaced - so don't waste money on a tradesman when its so easy to do it yourself.

Good value product
I used the website and online video to diagnose the problem and find how to fix it. It showed how to fit a new element for my electric oven. I ordered the part from the website with ease and it came within a few days. Using the video I replaced the part with ease and saved some money by doing this myself. Great value.

Quick/Easy/Cost Effective
This item arrived very swiftly, was packaged fine and was very easy to fit, in fact it was so easy to fit I left it to my wife to install and within 10 mins our oven was back working! Highly recommend.

Good product
Product was easy to replace. Only problem was that couldn't remove the earth connector bolt from the old element and had to cut it out. Would recommend.
