It says this does not include PCB, what is a PCB

Hi, the PCB is the control board near the box, but isn't supplied with this part.

A question from a pure technical layman here ... My karcher washer has had one of its plug pins shorn off so need to replace it, I assume this part is what i need to replace it (obviously assuming it’s the correct model?, if so how easy is this to fit? Thanks
