Part was fine, but despatch and delivery were not
When I finally got hold of this part it was fine. It fitted the fridge and arrived without damage thanks to being packed well. However it took over three weeks to get to this point. The part was not despatched until a week after the date promised when I ordered it. The delivery firm DPD ignored my instruction to leave the part in a safe place, when led to another delay of a week before I could pick it up from their designated point. In summary, product was fine, if rather pricey, despatch and delivery were frustrating slow. I needed the fridge shelf to replace one that was broken in the timescale promised when I ordered it, not weeks later.
