Fantastic & great price
The centre draw from my freezer broke. I went onto the makers site and they didn’t have any in stock but were £50 for the drawer I needed. After shopping around online I found this company and found the drawer in stock, cheaper than the maker of my fridge freezer and even when I paid the delivery I still saved myself over £15 on the drawer itself. It can well packaged and it was a very rapid delivery. Excellent item, company and delivery

Exceptional everything
From finding Ransom Spares online to ordering to receipt of product: faultless. A freezer drawer in a 10+ year old Hotpoint Fridge/Freezer had cracked due to my elderly Dad putting milk containers in the drawer, which expanded on freezing, thereby cracking the drawer badly. Hotpoint engineer cost: over £100.00 to come out and replace drawer. Ransom Spares: under £30.00 including delivery. The product was easy to find since I knew the model number, part was identical to the broken one, arrived within a couple of days of ordering, well packaged and securely delivered. I was kept updated of progress sufficient for peace of mind without being pestered. It was perfect, fitted exactly right, with identical features to the original and in fact looked as if it was the original drawer. Very very pleased with entire experience from finding Ransom Spares online, ordering was easy, payment secure, packaging just right, to it arriving in perfect condition, quickly and kept informed of progress. Would automatically go back to them alone for any other needs they could provide products on. Can't recommend highly enough.

Great product
Purchased this item to replace a cracked drawer in my fridge freezer. Part arrived with a large scratch along the front. Contacted customer services straight away on the Saturday afternoon and did not expect a reply until the following Monday. Saturday evening I received a reply and they rectified my problem straight away. Fantastic customer service. Would definitely purchase from this supplier again.
