This is a genuine complete drain filter for your dishwasher. Made of plastic and mesh strong enough to withstand the rigours of dishwasher use.
During the dishwasher's wash cycle, food bits and other gunk get washed off dishes and into the dishwasher's water. After that, the drain's microfilters then catches these bits and stops them from going back onto clean dishes.
Easy to remove when you need to clean it. Rinse and wash to remove trapped particles and then reinsert into the dishwasher.
