Ordered as a replacement for a failed component. I was pleased to find it was indeed an original component i.e. not a replica of lower quality. Delivered promptly too. I only gave the part a quality rating of 4stars, because although it appears to be an authentic component, the original failed within 18 months.

DOOR SEAL
Fantastic service. Quick and easy and efficient. Fitting a door seal is a little fiddly but once you understand it you have saved yourself engineer call out charges and have the satisfaction of having fixed your machine yourself. If you haven't already tried this service, you should, and if you have trouble fitting the item there's a help line or you can google demonstration videos to help. Have a try!
