Great price, speedy delivery. Install took less than 15mns including getting my screwdrivers and torx bits out and away again. Super easy, my Karsher works perfect again instead of spraying water all over the place from the bottom!!!!

Karcher K2 Pressure washer that I only use a few times a year had developed a leak on the high pressure side. First noticed after the motor was kicking in occasionally without using the lance trigger. Then got worse with water leaking from the bottom of the casing. The old part had a split coincident with the mould line just behind the section that is threaded to take the outlet hose connection.. Simply a case of using a TX15 (I think) driver to undo all screws holding case together and then splitting casing apart. I applied a good amount of the supplied lubricant to the area around where the o-rings sit at inlet and outlet of the elbow. There was a small O-ring in the pack so I put a new one in place of the one on the motor unit. I used a pick hook to remove the old one but could probably have pried off with another tool taking care not to damage mating surfaces. The connector fits to the pump unit using a bayonet similar to the connection between lance attachments so you just twist it on. Leak cured so hopefully a few more years of occasional use.

The spare was identical to the original in the machine and supplied with an ‘o ‘ ring. It was easy to replace. The whole repair took 30 mins including stripping down the K2 and reassembly. Straight forward repair to extend the life of the pressure washer.

this part is easy to fit but would be better if it was not made of plastic then it would last longer
