Following an accident with the existing part I searched for a replacement and came across Ransom Spares who had the part I required at a competitive price. I subsequently placed the order. The part arrived promptly and was fitted by myself. I have since purchased other spares for my K4 and have been very happy with what was supplied and the speed of delivery. Ransomes have done it again! Saved me ££ on replacing my broken Karcher pressure washer with a really good price on a spare part. I thought it would cost a lot more to fix and was actually considering throwing it away and buying a new machine, and its a 4 series Karcher, very good when it works. I tried a few sites but Ransomes were best value, I thought it would be a replica part (which I don't generally mind) but it is a genuine Karcher spare part. I only gave 4* for ease of fitting because you need a Torx screwdriver T20 or T25, can't remember sorry. Otherwise its pretty straightforward. We had actually cleaned the patio in the house we were working on with a 3 series Karcher before the part arrived and I got round to fixing the machine, and the flags came up almost as clean again with the repaired more powerful washer. So thanks a lot, job done, satisfied customer.
