This part was an original manufacturer part so as of the quality expected. It was however the wrong one for me. Random spares however are replacing it without hassle.

Part did not fix leak; fault was with the main unit. Bought new complete unit; cheaper than replacing faulty part.

Part came within a week or so and is exactly the same as the original part. The thread on the outside of the machine had been damaged and the hose and gun would not stay on under pressure. Opened the back up of the Karcher and fitted this piece. You need a long star end screw driver (T15 about 75mm long), small bits in a multi screw driver will not work as the screws are set in deep. Once inside you just pull out a metal clip and the old part pulls off. There is an o-ring inside, but mine was not damaged and so I didn't have to use the o-ring that came with the part. All in all feeling satisfied about repairing my quarter.
