The description lost a bit in translation. This is the coupler between the power switch inside the machine and the rotary knob on the front of the washer. Note sure where "axle" came into it. The original broke after someone managed to turn it 90deg past where it should go. Fixing the replacement was easy - there are quite a few Youtube videos on the subject. It was a bit fiddly to get right but not especially complicated. Part arrived quickly and adequately packed in a Jiffybag.
