After storing my pressure washer I’m my garage over the winter it developed a leak, stripped down and the part identified from Ransom Spares, delivered and fits perfectly first time. Good service and will use again In The future.

I have no problem with the component but frustrated as to why a plastic moulding should fail in the first place. My washer started pulsing a water poured out. It was great that I could get a spare from an excellent supplier rather than a trip to the WEEE recycler. The plastic moulded component had cracked and caused the failure. From a manufacturer like Karcher, this should not happen. It's a non moving part. There is a materials issue that they need to address and no, it wasn't frost damage. Fitting is ok but unnecessarily complicated by poor design by Karcher. They are a class leading supplier of a product that performs extremely well but design quality reduces longevity.
