 Very easy to change seven screws and two connectors total time to replace 20 minutes. This is the second one I have replaced first one in a different oven. Watch how to replace on u tube if not replaced element before.

 Looking online for possible solutions to why my oven wouldn't heat up I came across a possible cause and video from Ransoms Spares showing how to replace the fan oven element. Deciding it looked easy enough I threw the electric mains switch and got out my torch. Well, after 9 years the screws were somewhat rusted but after about 20 minutes I had the element in my hand, which was definitely blown! Ordering the part was the easiest thing to do. When my new element arrived it took 10 minutes to put the oven back together and, hey presto, a hot oven. Couldn't have been easier but if I hadn't had the online guide from Ransom Spares I wouldn't have even attempted it and merely thrown the oven out, not wanting to spend too much on a 9 year old oven! I would definitely recommend Ransom Spares - the product was a good price and with the range of products available I would definitely use Ransoms again.
