Replacing one of these is actually a very straight-forward swap-in. The replacement supplied was in every visual sense a direct replica of the u/s item. My only criticism of the service provided was that my order placed on Friday did not arrive until late the following week - it does say in the small print that this is possible. It might be helpoful to customers to know why it takes 3 working days for goods to be posted off - so many of my on-line suppliers post-off on the day of order beinbg received. Nevertheless, I should be quite happy to purchase again from this supplier because price and quality remain so important to me.
