second one I buy
This is the second heating element I buy for the same machine. first one lasted a couple of years. I cannot say if this is related on the quality of the spare part or is just a problem related to that very part I had to replace now. However I have just installed the second one I have bought and I can say so far I am very pleased with the website and the celerity of the service. in other words seen-ordered-delivered-installed in a matter of days. more comments on reliability to follow. Good product easy git
The generic part looks exactly the same as the genuine hotpoint part our of my bwd129. Easy to fit and works a treat. I would buy again. Ordered on friday delivered 10 days later!
