5* rating for the part. Came in a branded bag so I'm confident its genuine. Fitting was pretty simple, only a few tools needed, YouTube has plenty of fitting videos if you are a bit unsure. Price wise Ransom spares was half the price of any other website or retailer, the only issue I had, was when I placed the order it was showing as in stock, so should have been quick delivery, but it took around 3weeks for delivery, as it was actually on back order, a bit of an inconvenience as I needed the part asap, that being said, I would order from Ransom Spares again if I need any other parts in the future.

bit strange to have an error 03 code which is blocked pump but after research on the net was a spurious fault with the heater a odd error 16 helped all now good

Good value and easy to fit (1650w element)

Great service and value from Ransom Spares but be aware that this is a 1650w element. Although the compatibility check on this site says this element is compatible with my machine it is a 1650w element whereas the original element in my machine was 1950w. It works fine and fits perfectly but it would be helpful if the product details said what wattage the element is.

Ordered this heater before Christmas, The price was good and it came well packaged and was a direct swop for my old one to repair a Hoover OPHS712DF-80 Washing Machine. Highly recommended.

This product is fine and if you follow the instructional video it can be fitted by any competent DIY person. Only problem might be in removing the old one - especially if its been in a long time and become encrusted with limescale

although this product is saying it is compatible with my machine (VT914D22X/1-80) the element is 1950w and my machine is 1800w? can anyone clarify if this is the correct replacement please. Any help would be appreciated.
