The product was a perfect duplicate of the original, that's not always the case. It fit perfectly and is installed and working. It was a bit of a bear to install, but that is only because there is a spring loaded part that needs to be manhandled into place. A suggestion, take a photo of the old broken piece before dismantling it. There are several ways to incorrectly assemble this part and the pic will save you time. Great service from Ransom and excellent value, I have a working washing machine again for less than 7 quid.
