Good quality product at a good price. Reasonably easy to fit, very useful to check out videos beforehand though, if (like me) you've not done it before. Good website, easy to find the right parts.

I rang the the washing Machine manufacturer and they wanted stupid money and postage, and were more bothered about selling me other cleaning products for the washer. I got the same product from these guys and received it within 2 days. video tip of how it needs fitting, which helped the washer repair man who was going to struggle doing it another way. Fitted in no time.

Thank goodness for the back up video - My old one was easy to get off but I couldn't get new one back on the same way....Watched video and realized I had to dismantle front of machine - then easy to fit and looks great

Good quality product, looks exactly like the original. Fitted replacement part within an hour with no problems at all, with no prior experience fixing household machines. I recommend to check installation video here on Ransomspares, it gives you good idea how the process goes.

Needed a new door seal compatible with my Whirlpool AWO/D65135, which proved very hard to find. So glad I found it here. Great quality product and good value for money. Delivery was super fast.
