Having been supplied an incorrect drum bearing and seal kit by another supplier Ransom were quick to identify and supply the correct kit. The quality of the Ransom kit was much better than the first supplier.

Does the job
Only replaced drum side washer and seal having done the other bearing a few months previous and it was still in good nick. The parts were of good quality and went in without fuss. A noisy machine is now a quiet one once more!

I did it myself & saved £££££
The bearings arrived well packed & in only a couple of days of the order. Getting bearings out is never easy as they've got to be a snug fit. Managed to get old ones out and the new ones in without damaging them. Phew! It's been over a year since the new ones have been in and they're still doing the job. As a DIYer I was right proud of the result. A quiet rejuvenated machine that will hopefully carry on. A time consuming job but better value than a new machine when you do it yourself.

Hi James, the drum for your model is only available complete as it is welded, so the bearings cannot be replaced. The part number for the drum required is RS496506.

Hi June, the drum on your model is welded, so you cannot replace the bearings. The part number for the complete drum is RS496506. The door seal for this model is RS185142.
