If looking for parts was this easy in my working life, I'd be a happy man. It was really easy to find the parts I wanted and was more than happy with the price. I've repaired a few things, electrical and mechanical, and will always come here first for spares.

Ordered to replace our drawer that had seen better days as we live in a hard water area. Easy to use website and being able to put your washing machine make and model in the search box, made it easy to select the correct part. Will use again. Thank you

Wasn't sure if the spare part WOULD actually fit, but it did. Perfectly.

Needed to replace this part on our Indesit WIXL163S. Reason being that the drawer had black mould and build up of washing powder. Yeah, we hadn't kept on top of keeping it clean and now it was almost impossible to do so. Rang up Ransom Spares and had it confirmed that this was the correct part. Unfortunately, there was some confusion, as I thought that this came with the inserts (the little bath tub shaped one in the left hand section 1, and the little fabric softener cover for the right hand section 3). I think it was a mix up in terminology on the phone, or maybe down to me being hard of hearing. Anyway, it doesn't come with these inserts, or the front cover (with the program on it). This may or may not be a problem for you. The right hand fabric softener cover is relatively cheap. Unfortunately, the little bath tub shaped insert comes in at near £50, and the front cover also comes in at nearly £50 (because it comes with the full control panel front). Needless to say, I haven't yet replaced the bathtub or front panel. :) Replacement was easy. Pulled the old drawer out with the usual application of minimal force. Detached the front panel clips from he old drawer and put on this one. Took out the old bathtub shaped insert and placed in section 1, inserted the newly ordered fabric softener cover in section 3. Placed it back in. Set a reminder in my phone to regularly clean the new part and ordered some Black Mould Remover from the company with the shouty guy in the commercials and hopefully it will all be fine going forward. Really good price for this part, shame the other inserts and front panel couldn't be as reasonably priced.
