When the missus snapped the knob on the washing machine, I thought I'd never hear the end of it, so had a look online, found the required part on ransom spares and ordered, (firstly had to set up an account- you can do it as a guest but with account option it allows you to check on tracking). Part arrived within 3 days(Yes only 3 days of being nagged to get it fixed!!) Push on fitting and away she goes catching up on the laundry. I did find the part cheaper on another website-same price but no vat or delivery charge, and so I could have waited and shipped around, but happy it arrived and was fitted quickly. Win win all round.

Couldn’t select the programme as old button snapped found the part on this site. Exploded diagrams helped narrow it down, it took longer to open the packaging than it did to fit. Used the site before so thank you once again
