Good quality, fitted it with no trouble washing machine now working 100% and very quiet not like a jet engine taking off like it was.

I was initially a bit disappointed to find I could not fit replacement bearings to my Hotpoint washing machine, however the replacement drum was a lot easier to fit and came complete as a drop in part. There are plenty of videos online to help.

I ordered the complete drum for my machine and the wrong part came after emailing after sales we discovered what had gone wrong and new part was ordered which arrived the next day. Sending the incorrect drum back was easy as well. Brilliant customer service thank you.

My machine sounded like a bag of spanners, so replaced the springs, shocks and the drum and now it is as good as new, and amazingly quiet. You do have to basically take apart the entire machine, bar the Electronic Control Unit, so not a trivial job. However by taking lots of photos and being methodical about labelling parts it is reasonable swap provided you have basic mechanical skills. The drum also comes with a new heater and thermostat

I have a Hotpoint Ariston washing machine purchased in France and the bearings were failing. As it had a welded tub the complete drum and tub unit had to be replaced. I contacted three different spares suppliers but because the model was not listed in the usual data bases Ransom were the only company who said they could supply, which they did promptly. I later discovered that the same part was listed by other suppliers, but at a higher price. Full marks for service, delivery and price.
