This is a genuine washing machine drive belt.
Transfers power from the engine to the drum. Rotates it and then spins the damp clothes inside when the motor turns as rotational energy is transferred to it.
If you notice a loud squealing or screeching noise during the wash or spin cycle, it could indicate a worn-out belt. When the drum or agitator is not spinning or agitating properly, or if it's rotating inconsistently or sluggishly, change it with this replacement part.
Refer to our video tutorial below on how to fit a washing machine belt.
This washing machine drive belt is from Hotpoint. It also fits Creda, Electra, English Electric, Export, Gala, and Jackson washing machines.
Before ordering, please verify that this washing machine belt fits your model using our compatibility checker.
The following DIY repair video should assist you in fitting this part. However the exact procedure may differ depending on your make and model.

Very good service. This item was delivered next day even though there are restrictions with the Coronavirus. Easy to FIT had machine working again in 15 minutes
I was worried if the quality will be ok as I have seen the same belt @ other online platform but more expensive than this one but I decided to give it a go and no regret in my decision, it is a great value for money and my washing machine is back to normal operation. I do have some problem in fitting and its actually down to my model as Hotpoint do not allow enough room at the back to conveniently change belt but in the end I got it change. Done two wash and no complain at all. Thanks for good product.
Quick delivery ,site easy to use, staff helpful if any questions to be asked
Arrived in a sealed bag. Seems good quality and very easy to fit
Just slacken off motor fixings, hold belt under pulley through rear inspection panel and loop over motor spindle. Pull motor upwards to take up belt tension then tighten the motor fixings whilst keeping the tension on. This bit can be a little tricky unless you have help or the knack is not to loosen the fixings too much in the first place. Good luck.
