Door interlock for securing wash and spin cycles
This interlock function makes sure that the door will stay securely closed once you've closed it during the wash and spin cycles. The machine won't operate properly if that door isn't properly closed. This lessens washing-related mishaps.

Good replacement, fairly straightforward to fit.
This is a great replacement for a broken door latch. It's easy enough to fit in place and wire up. The trickiest part is attaching the emergency door release rod. I found it was easier if I put the machine on its back and had a helper working from the bottom, whilst I wiggle it from the top.

Great, Slightly different than original and different on the picture, but still fit in and works perfectly.

Fitted in 5 minutes and machine working fine
The shape of the component differed from the original and put some doubt in my mind but it was a perfect fit and worked fine.

Great product, but tricky to fit
Product was great, but fitting was tricky. Make sure you fit the green clip properly or you may have more work than expected

Entirely compatible
Slight worry at first that there were small differences on the new part from the old, and the attachment method was indeed different - it has lugs which snap into the holes previously occupied by screws, but it was entirely compatible.
