So delighted with the replacement door handle for my my Hotpoint washing machine. Ordering was easy and prompt delivery. Newbie at this sort of thing, but Ransoms YouTube video video showing how to do this was so helpful allowing me to have the confidence to replace new handle myself. Not Next Day Delivery
Okay so the part itself was fine no issues original part etc. I've left 2 stars for value as I paid £7.95 for delivery as apparently Northumberland is in the same bracket as the channel islands. This company posts from Yeovil by the way. Next day delivery? It does say 2 days for rural areas but it took 4 days to get here. Royal Mail 2nd class would've taken the same time. I think the main issue was it took them nearly 2 days to dispatch the order. I'm not being funny but when you pay for next day delivery you expect you order dispatched within 1 working day max. I will probably use this company again but I think they need an overhaul of the delivery charges/system. Chris

Perfect fit
Once I tracked down the exact part number for this washing machine it was easy to order. Was worried it would not be the same but it was a perfect fit. Shame the tenant was so heavy handed and could not wait for the 3 minute safety lock to disengage before trying to open the door. Saved having to replace the hole door front.
